Sneaker Lover, a project conceived and directed by KIKS TYO creative director Shinichi Izaki (aka hobby:tech) and released by Goma Books, marks the first collaborative professional effort between its subject, Aki Hoshino and it's photographer, Yasumasa Yonehara.
The release of this special-edition, collectable, idol DVD follows the release of the best selling Sneaker Lover photo book and features Aki Hoshino filmed by Yone.
By deftly blurring the lines between the worlds of Japanese gravure, urban erotica, street fashion and the sneaker fanaticism shared by fans of KIKS TYO, Aki Hoshino and Yonehara alike, the must have collection both draws from and gives new meaning to its title Sneaker Lover.
